Returns & Complaints
You can return items via DHL and Hermes collection points.
If you are not satisfied after your purchase or change your mind, you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep the items you ordered.
Please note the following:
1. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return shipping. For returns from Germany and Austria, we cover the shipping costs.
2. The return form is included with your order. Fill it out completely and put it in the package you are returning.
3. Stick the free DHL / Hermes return label clearly visible on the outside of the package
4. Bring the package to your nearest DHL or Hermes post office or Packstation
Please note: Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return the goods.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item you have ordered, you can of course make a complaint. To do so, please send 1-2 photos showing the defect to our customer service at [email protected] . After we have checked it, we will let you know promptly whether the complaint is accepted. If so, enter the reason for your complaint on the return slip and send it back to us. After processing, you will receive the credit via the original payment method.
If you no longer have a return slip, please contact our customer service. They will send you a new return label by email so that you can send your complaint back to Rich & Royal free of charge.
If you purchased the items in a Rich & Royal branch or retailer, please visit the relevant branch or retailer.
We only accept returns and complaints for goods purchased in the Rich & Royal online shop.
If an item delivered by us is damaged or not OK in any way, you can of course send the item back to us free of charge using the return slip, stating the reason for the return. As soon as the item has arrived and been checked, the credit will be made using the method you specified as the payment method.

We cover the return costs for you in Germany and Austria. For a free return, please use the return label included with your package.
The refund will be made using the same method used for payment. Once we receive the return, it will take approximately 3-4 working days.
If you no longer have a return label or have already returned an item from this order, please contact our customer service . They will send you a new return label by email so that you can send your complaint back to Rich & Royal free of charge.
Orders from the online shop cannot be returned, exchanged or complained about in-store.
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will inform you that it has been received. You will usually receive your refund 3-4 days after we receive your return.
